Get help recycling at home with the waste wizard

It's so important to follow the waste hierarchy and refuse, reduce, repair and reuse. However, when you're unable to do anything further with the item, recycling the correct items at home is one of the easiest things you can do to help reduce your carbon footprint.

CLIMATE IMPACTIf we recycled everything we can, by ensuring it went in the correct bin e.g. food in the food caddy and instead rinsing and recycling correctly while being mindful of what we are throwing away in the rubbish bin, it would save another 60,000 tonnes of CO2 a year. The same climate impact as taking nearly 40,000 cars off the road.
